O'NadifTurning the tide on the water crisis, one drop at a time.
Drinking water, a vital right
More than 2 billion people in the world do not have access to drinking water. In the most vulnerable regions, extreme poverty and lack of infrastructure expose millions of people, especially children, to deadly water-borne diseases such as cholera, diarrhoea, typhoid, etc.
Every year, these lives could be saved simply by giving them access to clean water. That’s why, at O’Nadif, we are committed to changing this reality.

The Problem
Lack of reliable, affordable and clean access to safe drinking water is the number one cause of mortality among the vulnerable and poor communities in Chad.

+ 9M of people
Over 9 millions people dont have access to safe drinking water in Chad. Globally, 2 Billions people are facing the same challenge.

15K people
In Chad alone, near 15000 people are dying each year due to waterborne diseases such as Cholera,Typhoid, diarrhea etc...

Extreme poverty
The problem of access to clean and safe water is deeply linked to extrem poverty. Boottled or industrial water is very expensive for those living with less than $3/Day.
The Solution
At O’Nadif we design and deploy filters that combine nanofiltration and utrafiltration capable of removing up to 99.9999% of bacteria, viruses and pathogens present in water sources. Our solution doesn't require electricity nor chemical products and can serve up to 400 people by unit.

No energy
Our filters dont need electricity to function, which makes it adapted to low electrification areas.

Effectiveness
By combining nanofiltration and ultrafiltration, our filters remove up to 99.9999% of bacterias, pathogens and viruses.

Capacity
In average our filters can produce 1200L/Day for the O’Nadif Community Filter and 300L/Hour for the O’Nadif Super.

Our Vision
Become a leading global player in innovation for access to drinking water, with a strong commitment to Africa.
By 2030, we want to offer healthy water to 1 million people, transform whole communities sustainably and build, drop after drop, a more equitable and sustainable future for all.

Impacts & Deployment

O'Nadif plays a crucial role in reducing water-borne diseases by providing direct access to safe drinking water in vulnerable communities. Thanks to our innovative filtration system, we have already improved the quality of life for over 90,000 people, guaranteeing safer water for families, particularly in areas where infrastructure is lacking. This initiative has a direct impact on people's health and daily well-being.
In addition to its social benefits, O'Nadif contributes to environmental sustainability. By reducing the use of plastic bottles and chemical solutions to purify water, our technology encourages greener, less polluting practices. Each filter deployment represents a significant reduction in carbon footprint and plastic waste, making our solution a model of sustainable development, benefiting the environment and future generations.

The deployment of O'Nadif in communities begins with pilot trials to test the effectiveness of the filters and gather data on their impact. We work with local NGOs to facilitate community integration and provide on-the-ground support. These trials include local training to empower residents in the use and maintenance of the filters, thus ensuring the sustainability of the solution.
We build strong partnerships with local organizations to maximize our reach and the impact of our solution. These collaborations strengthen community involvement and facilitate access to the most vulnerable populations. By working together, we optimize available resources and ensure rapid, sustainable deployment of O'Nadif in the regions that need it most.

Expansion and growth plan
O'Nadif’s plan aims to expand our impact by reaching new regions of Chad and the world, including refugee camps, schools and all places where access to clean water remains a major challenge.
In collaboration with local and international NGOs such as UNHCR, UNICEF or UNFPA, we will gradually deploy our filters to serve the greatest number of vulnerable people.
At the same time, we will continue to innovate and improve our functionalities, ensuring a scalable, adaptable and sustainable solution, perfectly adapted to the specific needs of communities.
